Northern Moor, located in Wythenshawe, South Manchester, is a well-established residential community with a strong neighbourhood identity, abundant green spaces, and excellent access to public services. Over recent years, the area has benefited from targeted investment aimed at modernising housing stock, enhancing local amenities, and supporting the growing needs of an ageing population.
The replacement of the outdated Yewtree Care Home with the purpose-built Upland Manor represents a significant milestone in local healthcare infrastructure. This new facility strengthens community confidence and aligns with ongoing regeneration initiatives, providing a modern environment for current and future residents.
The Upland Manor Care Home is a three-storey, 59-bed facility designed to deliver high-quality residential and dementia care. Developed by Liberty Care Developments in partnership with Lovett Care Ltd, the project focuses on creating safe, comfortable, and future-proof accommodation for residents.
To ensure a long-lasting and visually consistent roofing solution, D&D Roofing Ltd was appointed to deliver the full roofing package, from membrane installation to finishing tiles.
