CHORLEY CARE HOME CASE STUDY

Overlay existing roof covering with insulation and Single Ply Membrane. Installed to achieve a 20-year warranty and required U-Values for the client.

What We Did

Tasked with making this care home conversion watertight we used a Single Ply membrane to overlay the existing roof covering along with insulation to achieve required U-Values. The lower level entrance flat roof had standing seam profiles installed to help achieve a “zinc effect” look.

There were also maintenance repairs carried out to the slate roof to maintain water tightness across all roofs.
