Dean gave a thorough run down of what was needed, but the lads on the job went way above & beyond to do a superb, professional job. Great attention to detail and happy to explain why they had done certain bits when asked. Thoroughly recommended.

Warm roof installation - Excellent communication from first visit to job completion. Very professional team of lads, they were clean and respectful. It’s hard to find tradesman who care as much as the customer about the little details of a project that make it look just that much better, but D&D are perfectionists and did a thorough and proper job. All while using premium roofing products and a 20+ year guarantee, couldn’t ask for much more. Will use again!

Used this company because they are professional flat roof specialists. Would recommend the company and the fitters any time. removed all the old roof and left the site clean and tidy. Will use them again if needed.

Had great service on my leaking roof on my garage. Arrived to survey the job when arranged and gave me a start date.. Finished the job off in a day when they said they would. Other business could learn a lot from this company about customer care would highly recommend to any one.

D&D Roofing Ltd are worth their money! The Directors ‘walk the talk’ in terms of ensuring that the appointment with the client takes place on the agreed day and time (!). Their fitters do not give you the nonsense of ‘sorry, we were stuck in traffic’ excuses as other trades sometimes do who have let me down significantly. They were on time; they are friendly with a pinch of humour, and knowledgeable in the area of their expertise. I had been let down by other roofers; some of them did not even turn up for an appointment which to me was the poorest evidence of their service provision. D&D Roofing Ltd were tidy while working on site, and SAFE (!). They parked their vans in a way so as not to cause obstruction to my neighbours and they did not play the radio loudly which was another ‘considerate touch’ of their professional conduct on site. These aspects of their service delivery were very important to me as I am a facilities manager so I was interested in their methods of work and site management. Later on, Building Inspectors from the Council came and expressed their approval re: the quality of the roof works. I can say that D&D Roofing Ltd are not contractors who ‘cut corners’ to get the job done faster (‘so the customer would not see that …’ if you know what I mean...), precise and detailed to achieve the best outcome. D&D Roofing Ltd never pulled their fitters from the site to carry out other projects elsewhere which sometimes can be annoying for customers. Every day I knew how many fitters would be working on site so that reassured me in terms of fixed date of completion of works. The very fact that D&D Roofing Ltd works in other counties, is the best evidence that there is a demand for their services outside of Huddersfield in West Yorkshire. They’ve got one weakness though – they all like chocolate! Rob and Greg lead the way in this weakness! If you are looking for a roofing company to help you with your flat roof problems – you have found them! I contacted Dean at D & D Roofing after being let down at the last minute by another firm. Our flat roof had failed and it was coming into my daughters bedroom and into the kitchen downstairs. From start to finished Dean and his team were spot on. From making the call on the Tuesday the scaffolding was up on the Friday and the job was completed within two days. Very nice bunch of lads and were a breath of fresh air compared to the other companies that had attended for quotes. The team were friendly and  really cared about what they did and nothing was too much trouble. So pleased we chose this company and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!

Had a new flat roof installed .wanted to use a local company. Very professional from start to finish , friendly Team , reliable to dates and times arranged .took all extras away and left everything tidy . Roof looks really good as well as new guttering they did also . Would recommend to friends and family and would use them again in the future . Thanks guys 😃
