CASTLE HALL ACADEMY – 2023

Our team here at D&D Roofing, we are pleased to showcase the completion photos of our largest school roofing contract of the summer holidays. This particular project was completed on time and budget despite the challenges with the great British weather!

This summer, which was our 3rd phase of the roofing upgrades to this school, comprised of various roofing specifications:

• 160m2 of thermal upgrade  overlay to a flat roof

• 105m2 of a full strip off and replacement flat roof 

• 750m2 of a full strip of and replacement to a pitched roof

• Replacement fascias and guttering

Massive thanks to our supply chain throughout the summer holidays, without them this project couldn’t be completed. 

Within the current building regulations, we were able to fully restore the roof, bringing it to life. For the second year running we were able to transformthe roof to allow it to be long lasting, and durable.

We tested the roof with a electronic leak detection system, once it passed, it was was signed off by technical services at Protan. As always our work comes with a 20-year warranty.
