Old Bank Academy

We made a start on a long process to bring all the roofs of this school up to the current building standards.

The size of this roof was 210m2

Specification:

• Overlay Existing Felt Roofs with;
• 50mm PIR Insulation
• Protan SE Membrane (Mechanically Fixed)
• New Fascias Outlets

This is the first phase of an ongoing phase of the roofing works. This school’s roof need to be restored in order to create a comfortable learning environment for the students of the school.

The roof was tested with an electronic leak detection system, signed off by a technical service from Protan. This work comes with a 20-year warranty.
