Situated in a key regeneration area of South Manchester, the development contributes to Levenshulme’s ongoing transformation. Historically known for its Victorian terraces and strong community spirit, Levenshulme—and neighbouring Gorton—are seeing significant investment in new housing, transport links, and public spaces.
