Project Overview:

We’ve been keeping busy in Manchester with refurbishing the Moss Side Millenium Powerhouse, a multi-service youth hub for young people.

We were tasked with stripping back the old roof coverings and bringing the full roof build up inline with current building regulations.
We also installed the Rooflights, Capping’s, Man Safe Systems & Anti Slip Walkways Walkways.

Working alongside ICB Waterproofing installing Alwitra VSK on this project, we delivered on time, on budget and most importantly keeping the youth hub running during these extensive roof refurbishment works.

We hope that this refurbishment supports the Millenium Powerhouse well into the future.
