 Overlay existing Felt roof covering using a fully adhered Protan Single Ply Membrane. Cut edge corrosion treatment to metal gutters and ends of metal sheets using Protan LR20 liquid.

This factory roof required refurbishment that didn’t interrupt the live business below. We could achieve this by overlaying the existing felt system with a Protan Single Ply membrane that has a life expectancy in excess of 40 years.

The sheet ends of the metal roof were showing signs of cut edge corrosion so this was treated using a Protan LR20 liquid system, the metal gutter was also leaking so was prepared and coated using the full LR20 system build up.

The whole job was achieved without disruption to the client, ahead of programme and on budget.

All Roofs were signed off by Technical Services at Protan and handed over to another happy client with all roofs under 1 warranty.
