18mm plywood deck, polyethene vcl, 160mm PIR insulation, tapered insulation to gutters, Protan SE 1.6mm Single ply membrane mechanically fixed. We have also provided a 20-year warranty for the customer.

This newly built detached property required a Warm Roof on 5 different roofs in total.

The main roof, double garage and plant well roof were all installed using the “Exposed Roof” specification of Polythene vcl, Insulation and SE 1.6mm Protan single-ply membrane mechanically fastened. The 2 bedroom balconies were installed using a “terraced” specification of self-adhesive felt vcl, insulation and G 1.8mm Protan single-ply membrane fully adhered. All Roofs were tested using an electronic leak detection system, signed off by Technical Services at Protan and handed over to another happy client!
