SPECIFICATION

Detatched House in Chesterfield

The size of the roof is 200m2

Specification:

  • 18mm Plywood Deck
  • Self Adhesive VCL 
  • 150mm PIR Insulation
  • Protan SE Membrane (Mechanically Fixed)

This new detached property consisted of a main roof, a lower balcony connecting to two side roofs. This had roof lanterns installed to give plenty of natural light to the property. The bedroom balcony was installed using ‘Terraced’ specification of self-adhesive felt VCL, insulation and G 1.8mm Protan single-ply membrane fully adhered. 

All roofs were tested using an electronic leak detection system, signed off by technical services at Protan, and handed over to another happy client with a 20-year warranty.
